There has been a break in the levee in the most southern locale at the mouth of the Mississippi .

The east coast might see a hurricane after Sept. 7, according to Wxrisk.com.

Isaac shows pressure drop and winds increase in speed to about 70 mph. An eyewall is trying to form but is being inhibited by a stream of dry air feeding into the circulation. New Orleans will be tested.
