Careful measurements have been made on the summit of Mauna Loa since 1957, the year of the International Geophysical Year.We know the carbon dioxide is on the increase but, what effects will it have?

Sunspots are magnetic storms on the sun

Many sunspots increase the energy of the eath's magnetic field. Low sunspot activity weakens the earth's magnetic field. It is the magnetic field that steers away cosmic rays. Estee Lauder works on sunspots. On your face, not on the sun!

Low solar activity, allows more cosmic rays to strike the earth.

More cosmic rays cause more clouds in our atmosphere because the incoming rays form ions that serve as nuclei for water vapor to condense on.
