Tropical Storm Isaac continues to move toward the Carribean but with no increase in intensity. The storm will reach a more favorable environment for intensification on Thursday and may affect Florida this weekend and beyond. Should it remain weak it would miss Florida and move toward Yucatan or the Gulf. There is yet another developing system further out in the Tropical Atlantic.
