Tuesday morning: the forecasts are proving out to be accurate. Gradual warming will continue and so will sleet, freezing rain and then plain rain.  Turning cold enough again tonight, to form black ice.


Next, light to moderate snow Thursday night / Friday.  The storm itself looks fairly certain, but the intensity of the storm, is still not known. Fortunately, it should be a fast mover and not be able to dump a huge quantity of snow. Sleet and rain mixing in along the coast could occur, but not to the extent we are seeing Today.
