Icy mix possible in northern and western NJ, Tuesday morning.
Although it now looks like all areas will see snow and ice very late Monday and early Tuesday, the interior of NJ will be where there will be travel problems, north and west of I-287. Most of NJ will change to rain quickly. FORECAST BELOW: 4055
