Latest Euro shows a monster 2 foot blizzard next week, but probably, it is wrong. Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey would all be affected if, it were to occur. Coastal flooding would be a concern.

Everybody from Virginia to New York City would be buried in heavy snow, up to 2 feet of it.  DT at Wxrisk.com,  thinks it is wrong,  and so does Steve D. at NY NJ PA Weather.com, and on Facebook.

Such large storms have been known to occur just before a major weather pattern shift.  A shift to milder weather appears to be coming, but it is more likely that this storm would go out to sea, and/ or be smaller in size.
