Storm arrives, some areas have all snow , others rain and sleet. The storm has begun to phase, intensify and get colder.

If you have seen only rain/ sleet, so far,  the snow is on the way right now.  In Wayne, 2" on the ground.  NYC now sleet and accumulating.  It has barely begun, it is not going out to sea.  Conditions will worsen all afternoon and then the real snow hits around nightfall.  Be cautious.
