What will next winter be like?

After checking, NYNJPA Weather, Accuweather etc.  it looks like another cold snowy winter ahead.  But it is way too early to say with any confidence.  Right now the pattern we had, has not changed much.

It looks like our region will see a shift to drier conditions, in July and early August.
