February outlook, stormy, snowy, cold.

From DT at Wxrisk, Steve Di Martino at NyNjPaWeather, to Henry Margusity, To Brett Anderson at Accuweather, there is a common thread which is a stormy , cold, February.   And, probably some snowstorms in there.  This is normal for February, it brings the snow to us.
